Booking Terms & Conditions

Once Upon A Wish Events Ltd trading as “The Enchanted Cabin”

1. Tickets & Entry

1.1 Tickets are sold per child; adults attend free with their group.

1.2 Your ticket is valid only for the booked date and time. Please arrive 10 minutes early for check-in.

1.3 Time slots are structured in 10-minute windows and are for the time that you'll be able to arrive and enter the queue line with one family group entering the Cabin at a time for approximately 3 minutes.

1.4 All bookings must have at least one paying child ticket to be accepted.

1.5 Babies under the age of 12 months can attend with an older sibling for free, however they will not be able to take a gift.

2. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

2.1 Tickets are non-refundable.

2.2 You may reschedule to another available slot via the link in your confirmation email (subject to availability).

2.3 If you are late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee admittance or full visit time.

3. Photography

3.1 You are welcome to take your own photos during your visit.

3.2 Professional photos may be taken and offered for purchase. Card payments only. Please check photo products before leaving as refunds cannot be issued afterwards.

4. Gifts & Activities

4.1 Children select from a range of unwrapped, age-appropriate gifts as they exit.

4.2 A reindeer food station is available. Ingredients are clearly labelled; please speak to an elf if you have allergy concerns.

4.3 Gifts can only be given to those in attendance with a paid ticket.

5. Conduct, Safety & Accessibility

5.1 Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

5.2 For everyone’s comfort and safeguarding, children must not sit on Father Christmas’s lap; there is space beside him for a lovely photo.

5.3 Pushchairs are welcome; the experience is designed to be accessible.

5.4 We may refuse entry or ask guests to leave if behaviour risks safety or enjoyment for others.

6. Payments

6.1 On-site payments (e.g., photo purchases, any on-the-day bookings) are card only.

7. Liability & Complaints

7.1 The organiser is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property.

7.2 If you have a concern, please speak to the Event Manager on the day, or contact us after your visit using the details in your confirmation email.
